Board of Directors

The Board governs, controls, and administers the affairs of the College in accordance with the Licensed Practical Nurses Act of Manitoba. The Board deals with the College business through the appointment of the Executive Director.

The CLPNM Board of Directors is made up of 12 individuals. Composition of the Board is defined in the Licensed Practical Nurses Act, and By-laws.

The Board includes one President, six elected LPN member representatives, and five public representatives, (three appointed by government, and two appointed by the Board). The Terms of Office are defined in the By-laws.


The College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba, in accordance with the CLPNM By-Laws, is seeking nominations for Board members in:

- District I
- District III
- District V
