2025 Annual Professional Learning Module
The CLPNM’s 2025 Annual Professional Learning (APL) module is on Indigenous Inclusion and Cultural Safety.
The module was prepared by Braided Circle Consulting, a collaborative network of Indigenous professional women and their allies uniting community-focused, grassroots voices to steward purposeful reconciliation.
The module is accessible only to the registrants of Manitoba’s health regulatory colleges, including Manitoba’s LPNs. For this reason, you must access the module by first logging into your online CLPNM registration profile. For the best chance of success, review the full instructions below before launching the module.
Instructions
Step 1: Login to Your Online Registration Profile
Step 2: Launch and Watch the 2025 APL Module
- A link to the learning module will appear in the top right hand corner of your online registration profile dashboard in the Announcements.
- You may also launch the learning module from within the quiz titled “APL – Indigenous Inclusion and Cultural Safety.” You will find it under “My Exams.”
- The module will take you approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- Be sure to review the module in full before attempting the quiz.
Step 3: Complete the APL Quiz
- The quiz will help you to consolidate your learning and will help the CLPNM verify that you completed the module.
- After the module is complete. return to your online CLPNM registration profile to access the quiz. You will be given a link to follow at the end of the module.
- Look for the quiz under “My Exams.” The quiz is titled “APL – Indigenous Inclusion and Cultural Safety.”
- Start the quiz when you know you will have at least 30 minutes of uninterrupted time. Most registrants will have no difficulty completing the quiz in under 30 minutes.
- When you launch the quiz, the timer will show you have 180 minutes (3 hours) to complete it. The extra time is provided for registrants who accidentally launch the quiz before watching the module. This will provide enough time to go back and view the module and then complete the quiz before it times out. Note that an incomplete quiz, after 3 hours, will be recorded as a fail.
- A successful result on the quiz is 80% or 12/15.
- You will have up to three attempts to pass the quiz. Contact us to discuss next steps if you are unsuccessful after three attempts.
- Your application for 2026 registration renewal will not process unless you have successfully completed the quiz.
