Amendments to MAID Legislation

Amendments to Canada’s medical assistance in dying law came into force on March 17, 2021.

As a result, the Medical Assistance in Dying: Guidelines for Manitoba Nurses are currently under review. In the meantime, more information about the changes in legislation can be found here.
