New Accessible Customer Service Standards
As of November 1, 2018, the Manitoba Government’s Standard for Accessible Customer Service extends to small businesses. This includes independent LPN practices.
LPNs who are employees of an organization must ensure that they meet their employer’s policies on accessible customer service. LPNs who carry on an independent practice are responsible for ensuring that their independent practice meets the standard.
