The CLPNM Board of Directors has approved amendments to the CLPNM By-Laws. These amendments will come into effect in two stages.
- Some by-law amendments have been approved to take effect in June, 2023, following the 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the CLPNM, provided the by-law amendments are confirmed by registrants in attendance at the AGM.
- Some of the by-law amendments have been approved to come into effect upon the CLPNM’s, and the profession’s, transition to The Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA). These by-law amendments are conditionally approved by the Board and revisions may be required once regulations for the profession are finalized.
