Through your online profile, you can:

• Enroll in PAD

• Update your banking information 

• Remove yourself from PAD

PAD withdrawals are for the FOLLOWING YEAR’s renewal.  If you enroll after August 15, 2025, payments will be withdrawn between December 2025 and August 2026 and applied to your 2027 renewal.

$65 monthly payments are withdrawn from Dec 15 – July 15, and a final amount of $52.25 is withdrawn on Aug 15.

If you enroll in PAD mid-year you will be responsible for paying your remaining renewal balance before you can renew.  For example, if you enroll after December 15, 2025, and before August 15, 2026, you will be responsible for any monthly payments missed during that period.

If you are paying your PAD for the 2026 renewal year and choose not to renew, refund cheques will be issued in late December of 2025 or early January of 2026.

The CLPNM charges a $50 non-negotiable fee for any returned PAD withdrawals.
