Survey Opportunity: Opinions and Practices Towards Vaccination

Vaccines play a key role in the prevention and control of infectious diseases in Canada. Many healthcare professionals are involved in some way with vaccination, whether by administering, discussing or recommending vaccines to their patients.

We invite you to participate in a survey that aims to describe the opinions and practices of health professionals in Canada towards vaccination. You can complete the survey even if vaccination is not part of your regular professional activities.

This survey is being conducted by a team from the Centre de recherche du CHU de Québec-Université Laval and is funded by the Fonds de recherche du Québec. The protocol has been approved by the ethics committee of the Centre de recherche de CHU de Québec-Université Laval (project MP-20-2023-6447).

To participate, please click on the following link or copy and paste the link into your browser. By visiting this link, you agree to participate in this survey.

It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire. The deadline for completing the questionnaire is August 20, 2022.

All information collected in this survey will remain confidential and it will not be possible to identify you when the results are published.

If you have any questions regarding the survey, please contact Catherine Pelletier by email at

Thank you for your participation. Your answers are essential!
